Description
We’re hiring our first Founding SDR to own the top of the funnel. Your job is to prospect customers, run outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn), and bring a steady flow of warm, qualified meetings. As Founding SDR you’ll create the structure and playbooks, and bring real rigor to how we prospect customers and book demos.
This is not a full-cycle sales role. You’ll work closely with our selling team of three (CEO, CCO, Head of Partnerships) to book qualified meetings – a team that closes more than 40% of booked meetings today.
What You'll Do:
- Generate qualified demos, relentlessly. Outbound prospecting and demo booking across our target accounts – retailers, brands, and manufacturers.
- Pick up the phone. Most SDRs hide behind a keyboard. You don’t. You’ll call cold, build rapport in seconds, and turn a thirty-second intro into a booked demo (and enjoy doing it).
- Lead with AI Studio. Our wedge product is the focus of the outbound motion – fast to explain, fast to sign (on the spot at trade shows, or 2–3 weeks after a first meeting), with PIM / DAM as the longer-term pipeline you also seed.
- Prioritize and manage your pipeline. Learn our ICP and direct your attention and personalization to the prospects most likely to convert to paying customers.
- Keep the CRM updated. Clean, current pipeline data is part of the job, not an afterthought.

- Base $50,000 and OTE $100,000. Your $50,000 variable is split 50/50 between qualified meetings booked and revenue on the deals you source, with an accelerator above target – full details shared during the process.
- US-based and remote, with travel to the trade shows and design weeks that matter: High Point Market, Las Vegas Market, and NeoCon.
- A direct working relationship with the founders, and full ownership of the outbound function as we scale.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You’re confident and have good vibes. You pick up the phone without a second thought, and are warm and memorable. You like talking to people on the phone.
- You’re competitive and driven. You work hard, hunt your targets, and back yourself.
- You don’t need the instruction manual. You’re a self-starter and creative when it comes to making sales.
- You’ve sold SaaS. You understand recurring revenue, sales cycles, and what a genuine opportunity looks like.
Bonus Points:
- A background in e-commerce, furniture, interiors, design, or another adjacent vertical.
- Experience using AI tooling for GTM motions.
- Experience standing up an outbound motion early, before the playbook existed.
